Pattern Description:
This classic design is worked seamlessly and accented with a front placket, making it easy to slip over a little one's head. Fabric is knit intentionally loose for breathability during warm weather. Use bulkier yarn at gauge for a cozy cool weather vest. Play around with colors, stripes and buttons to personalize this simply adorable piece.
Gauge:
16 sts and 22 rows per 4 inches in stockinette on larger needles
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Finished Chest: 19(21, 23, 25)27, 29, 31 inches
- Size: 6-12 months(12-18 months, 2 ,4)[6, 8, 10]
Materials:
- 125(150, 175, 200)[235, 295, 350] yards MC and 35(40, 40, 40)45, 50, 50 yards CC worsted weight yarn
You Will Also Need:
- Size 8(5 mm) 16" or 24" circular needles and set of 5 DPNs, Size 9(5.5 mm) 16" or 24" circular needles, stitch marker
- Notions: Two 1-inch buttons
