Pattern Description:
I was inspired to design this cardigan while experimenting with the stitch pattern, which is very striking and needed a simple canvas to make the most of its appeal.
Spirited is a cute cardigan with simple shaping, making it easy to pop on to the most wriggly baby!
This sophisticated jacket is knitted in one piece to underarms, the aran motif gives a chunky look with less weight.
The stitch pattern requires concentration.
Gauge:
24 sts x 30 rows over 10 cm (4 inches) in aran pattern
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 0-6, 6-12, 12-18 months, 2 years.
Materials:
- 3.5 mm circular needle (Or size required to obtain gauge)
- 495 (660, 660, 825) metres 540 (720, 720, 900) yds Filature di crosa Zarina 100% wool, superwash. (50 g = 165 m, 180 yd)
You Will Also Need:
- Darning needle 2 buttons (2 cm in diameter) 5 stitch holders (or scrap yarn)
