Pattern Description:

The Shwin Skirt is a super easy-to-knit skirt for babies and toddlers. Knit in-the-round from the bottom-up, it features wide rugby-style stripes, A-line shaping, a pleated decrease at the waist, an elastic casing waistband and two pockets with buttons.
