Beginner
The yoke and sleeves are started at center bank on a provisional cast on and knit outwards to the sleeve cuffs. That way sleeve length is easily adjusted. Optional short rowing at the armscye makes a smoother armhole than most shrugs. The body is a just a ribbed rectangle.
