This fun child's sweater is inspired by the meandering mowed path through a field of wildflowers near our home. The field is alive with butterflies in the summer and the sky is a brilliant blue. The path might meander, but my high-energy four year old takes it at top speed. Like my daughter, this knit is a fast one. It is knit in one piece from the top down, with meandering cabled accents on the sleeves.
16 stitches and 20 rows = 4 inches in stockinette

Jen has been knitting since 2002, but has just recently begun designing. Her husband will tell you that Jen's side of the closet is insulated with yarn, and that Jen enjoys books, yarn, and books about yarn. When not studying for her master's degree in accounting, Jen is playing on Ravelry, wearing out the kids, or, you guessed it, knitting.
