Pattern Description:

You will NOT be disappointed in this stunning Matinee Set!
Very versatile as knitted in reds and its Xmasy - knitted in other colors or pastels then it can be worn all year round :)

The pattern comprises of:
DRESS: A long, full 12 row lace pattern skirt - with stocking stitch bodice, half length sleeves, back fastening and a ribbon waist trim finished with a gorgeous picot edge hem which hs been beaded with pearls (optional)
JACKET: Shorter lace pattern skirted jacket with long sleeves and ribbon waist tie finished with that gorgeous picot edge
BOOTEES: Simple but very effective turn over lace pattern cuff with picot beaded edge and cute contrast picot edge sole
BONNET: The piece de la resistence of the whole outfit which ties everything together - very unusual sectioned Bonnet with picot edge tucks and lace pattern and the crown is decorated with leaves and petals to form a gorgeous Poinsettia flower

Knitted in 4ply (fingering or fine sport) yarn - this will become a true heirloom piece for your child or grand child or adorn your favourite Reborn :)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Approx 16" chest to fit 0-6 months or 20-22" reborn doll
Approx 18" chest to fit 6-12 months or 24-26" reborn doll

Materials:

Approx 120-150grams of red 4ply yarn (USA fingering or fine sport, AUS 4ply)
Approx 150-200grams of cream 4ply yarn (USA fingering or fine sport, AUS 4ply)
5 or 6mm beads to decorate picot point hems (optional)
Ribbon for Dress, Bonnet & Bootees
6 x buttons
3 x large red rosettes to decorate centre of Poinsettia flower and Bootees

Size UK11 & 10 Knitting Needles (USA 2 & 3 - Metric 3mm & 3.25mm)
