Pattern Description:

This fitted cardigan with high?relief cables was inspired by a sweater from the 1940s. The vintage piece, complete with shoulder pads, could have adorned Joan Crawford or any of her film rivals. The updated look is worked in a hand?painted alpaca/wool blend and accented with asymmetric buttons.

Gauge:

20 sts and 28 rows = 4"/10cm in St st

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 36 (38, 40, 42)" bust; 24 (241/2, 251/2, 261/2)" length
