The fitted shoulder is shaped with short rows, and the tapered sleeve is worked in the round with a decrease panel down the top of the sleeve.
This sample is made from a sportweight 70% merino and 30% silk combination that makes it lightweight with a soft drape.
10 sts and 15 Stocking st rows = 2" (5cm).
I can't remember when I couldn't knit, crochet or sew. I am inspired by yarn I find, trends I see on the street, window shopping in Manhattan and suggestions from fellow knitters and crocheters. My goal is to create stylish patterns that are easy to wear, and to find the simplest way to construct them.
