Pattern Description:

Easy, easy, easy to knit!! The jumper starts out on straight knitting needles and stockinette stitch using different colors for the stripes. Both sides are knit the same and then sewn together.

The ruffled skirting is picked up in the round and each round is knit.

Ribbon is used to create the shoulders and is completely adjustable ensuring the child's comfort while wearing the jumper.

There are no small parts or choking hazards. The jumper is easily slipped over the child's head.

Caron Simply Soft Yarn is 100% acrylic and machine washable and dryable. I like to air dry my finished projects just because they seem to wear longer and look better.

Gauge:

In stockinette st: 4.5 sts and 5.75 rows = 1 inch

chest - 23 (24, 24.75) inches
length with ribbon ties - 18-20 inches and adjustable

Caron Simply Soft Yarn in Watermelon, Mango, Limelight, Grape and Blue Mint - 1 skein of each OR approx 50-60 yds of 4 colors and 100-120 yards of the 5th color
