Pattern Description:

This is a great hoodie for male or female.
It is worked from the bottom up in one piece picking up the neck stitches to work the hood.
The zipper is hand sewn in. Do not worry, I was very intimidated to put my first zipper in this project. It was so easy to do!
This garment also has afterthought pockets if you wish to add them. This hoodie has generous sizing for layering. To get a tighter fit, make a smaller size and or use a smaller needle.

Gauge:

3sts, 4.5 rows per inch

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • very generous ease for layering, sm/med, med/lg, lg/1x, 2x/3x. Finished chest measurements 39, (45, 51, 57)".

Materials:

  • Universal Classic Chunky LP at 100gms 131yds, 6, (7, 8, 9) balls needed. 700, (813, 980, 1133) yards total.
  • Size 10.5 US needle, 24-32" circular and 16" circular for sleeve edge

You Will Also Need:

  • Separating Zipper -20 (20-22, 24-26, 24-26)" It is best to buy zipper when you are finished to get exact length needed
