Pattern Description:

Navy Pier is a bottom-up, hip-skimming cardigan with raglan shaping at the yoke. The 3⁄4-length sleeves are knitted separately and joined before the raglan decreases.

Navy Pier combines masculine and feminine elements; garter stitch and stockinette; variegated and solid yarns. Suitable for a boy or a girl, and fun to knit! In twelve sizes to fit just about any child you can find.


18 sts and 24 rows equal 4 inches in st st with larger needle

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Newborn [0-3, 3-6, 6-12, 12-18, 18-24 months] {2T, 4T, 6, 8, 10, 12 years}
  • Chest: 16.5 [17.5,18.75, 19.75, 21, 22] {23, 25.5, 27.75, 29, 31, 33} inches


  • US #6 24-inch circular
  • US #7 24-inch circular
  • Lorna's Laces Shepherd Worsted, 1 [1, 1, 1, 1, 1] {1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2} skeins each in two colors (one variegated, one solid)

You Will Also Need:
