Pattern Description:

This will become your favorite work-out/lounge-around-the-house sweatshirt -- it HAS become mine!

A split hem (with the back slightly longer than the front), the loose shape and cropped length ensure a comfy fit on all body types. The organic worsted-weight cotton knits up like a dream and washes to a wonderful, sweatshirt softness. Although this has drop-shoulders, the armholes are purposely not super-big so the 3/4-length sleeves fit without binding or looking grossly huge! The hood is fun and adds just a bit more warmth on a windy/rainy day.

The matching mitts keep you warm but allow finger mobility - and besides, they're fun to knit and wear!

Knitting and designing were my constant activities throughout undergrad, grad school and family life until, in 1997, I finally went professional and established By Hand, With Heart ... ...
