Pattern Description:
This one-piece, top-down, elbow-length shrug is worked in stocking stitch with ribbed edging around body and cuffs.
Sleeves are worked with the body of the shrug and shoulder shaping is worked with vertical decreases.
Shaping on the lower edge of the sleeve is worked with short rows which is why the pattern is intermediate.
This is the perfect "go with" for most outfits and a wardrobe staple for any season.
Gauge:
10 sts and 15 rows = 2" (5cm)
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- XS, finished chest 30" (76cm)
- S, finished chest 34" (86.5cm)
- M, finished chest 38" (96.5cm)
- L, finished chest 42" (106.5cm)
- XL, finished chest 46" (117cm)
- XXL, finished chest 50" (127cm)
Materials:
- Sport or lightweight DK (double knitting) yarn, 700 yds (640m) - 1125 yds (1030m)
- Size 7 (4.5mm) circular needles
- Size 7 (4.5mm) double-pointed needles
- Size 9 (5.5mm) needles
