This is a long sleeve, fitted, short sweater. It makes a nice, light-weight sweater over summery tops.
Features include lace panels on the front, back, and sleeves against a stockinette background. It is finished with a knit band up the front and around the neck.
The pattern includes a schematic, charts and written instructions for the lace patterns, and instructions for 3 sizes.
If you use Fixation, or other elastic yarn, the yardage may be slightly less than if you use Bamboo, or a wool. The small size took 7 balls (700 yds) of Fixation but 4 balls (800 yds) of Bamboo.
26 stitches and 38 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
700 yards of DK weight
I started knitting & sewing as a child so I've tried a variety of techniques. A couple of years ago I started writing up some of my designs for others to enjoy.
