You change the size of this very sweet sweater by changing yarn and needle size!
Using a DK weight yarn and knitting at 7 sts/inch - your sweater will turn out to be 14" in circumference - a perfect little hug sweater to bring your baby home in!
Using a worsted weight yarn and knitting at
5 sts/inch, your kimono will turn about to be 20" in circumference.
Gauge:
DK/Sport Weight: 7 sts/inch in St St
Worsted: 5 sts/inch in St St
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- DK/Sport Weight: 14" Chest Size Worsted: 20" Chest Size
Materials:
- About 330 yards of DK/sport weight yarn OR About 275 yards of worsted weight yarn
- DK/Sport Weight: Size 5, Worsted: Size 7 OR size needed to get gauge
