Kimono style wrap cardigan in herringbone slip stitch with a generous ribbed shawl collar and belt

19 stitches and 36 rows = 4 x 4 inches (10 x 10 cm) in herringbone slip stitch

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Chest: Size 1 81-86cm (32-34in); Size 2 91.5-96.5cm (36-38in); Size 3 101.5-106.5cm (40-42in)


  • You'll need 1764 - 2646 yards (1613 - 2420 m) of Aran weight yarn - we've used Rowan 'Belle Organic' by Amy Butler 50% organic wool / 50% organic cotton and the shade is Zinc - 017

You Will Also Need:

  • one pair each of 4mm (US 6), 5mm (US 8) and 6mm (US 10) straight needles
  • a 6mm (US10) circular needle 100cm (approx 40in) long
  • a tapestry needle for sewing
  • stitch markers.
