Pattern Description:

This simple turtleneck sweater is worked in rounds from bottom up. The yarn is held double which results in a hard-wearing and warm fabric. This is the perfect outdoor or skiing sweater!

Gauge:

14 sts and 20 rnds = 4/10 cm
- 2 threads (the yarn is held double)
- US#10/6 mm
- Stocking st

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • To fit bust circumference:
  • 28, 30.25, 32.5, 34.5, 36, 38.25, 40.5, 42.75, 44, 46, 48.25, 49.5, 51.75, 54

Materials:

  • US#8/5 mm circular, 40-60/100-150 cm depending on size (for the ribbing)
  • US#10/6 mm circular, 40-60/100-150 cm depending on size (for the body and yoke)
  • A set of dpns US#8/5 mm (for the ribbing of the sleeves and for the turtleneck)
  • A set of dpns US#10/6 mm (for the sleeves and the turtleneck)

You Will Also Need:

  • 8 stitch markers (to mark the beginning of rnd, seam sts and decreases)
  • Waste yarn (to hold the sleeve sts)

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

Rowan silky tweed; 80% lambswool, 20% silk; 125 m (137 yd)/50 g

Colorway:

conifer, spinach, tabby
