medium skill level requirement Intermediate

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • casting on, knitting, purling, knitting in the round, increasing, decreasing, yarn over, binding off.

Pattern Description:

A sweet little top the little girl in your life! As always, this is a fun and fast knit! It also lends itself to many customizations: stripes, longer length for a tunic or a dress, lacy or not-so-lacy look? Let your imagination run wild! I could even see it as a cute winter vest for layering...

The garment is knit seamlessly from the bottom up. The front and back bottom hems are knit separately, then joined and knit in the round to the armpits. The body and bottom of the button placket are worked in the round, seamlessly, then sleeve and yoke are worked flat.
The pattern is both fully written and charted, to accommodate personal preference.
