Pattern Description:

Here is a gansey that will please a special little girl in your life with lots of techniques to keep your interest as well!

Featured Techniques:
Knotted Cast-on
Split Overlapped Garter Welts
Underarm Gussets with Internal Shaping
Indian Corn Stitch
Triangular Neck Gussets

In Stockinette stitch: 6 sts and 8 rows or rnds/inch


  • Yarn: 4 (4, 5, 6, 8, 10) 50-g skeins of sport-weight yarn (184 yd per skein)
  • Needles: U.S. 2 and 4 (2.75- and 3.5-mm) dpn and 16-in. (40-cm) circular needles, or sizes needed to obtain gauge.
