Pattern Description:
This is a basic, simple stockinette stitch tube
with a bit of lace at the bottom (you can work
the lace pattern as long as you want), a few
decreases at the hip, and eyelets placed
around the top edge to thread a tie or elastic
band thru. Looks great over leggings or jeans.
Sizes: measurement is taken around hips.
small - 46", (medium - 50", large - 54")
Gauge:
18 sts = 4 inches in stockinette stitch.
Materials:
- worsted weight wool yarn recommended.
- 29" circular needle in US8, depending on your gauge.
You Will Also Need:
- 1 piece of ribbon, elastic or cording. Have enough to go around your waist plus tying.
- 1 Stitch marker.
