Pattern Description:

Such a carefree moebius wrap, just romantic enough without being over the top. Imagine it in red for Valentine's day! It would also look amazing in a finer cotton or linen yarn for a lacy summer look.

The yarn shown is Ashland Bay's "Great Wall", 60% merino/40% bamboo worsted weight yarn that we handdyed...OOAK. I can imagine how amazing it would look worked in Ashland Bay's Baby Wooboo baby alpaca/merino/bamboo boucle...light as a feather. Both these yarns can be purchased undyed at the Woolery www.woolery.com or go to www.ashlandbay.com to find a dealer near you. Not a dyer? Any worsted weight yarn is appropriate for this pattern.

Gauge:

3 1/2 sts per inch/5 rows per inch in stockinette.

When I was 5, I saw a wall of wool, colors arranged in spectral order and it was all over. Mom taught me to knit soon thereafter. Both my parents were artists so they taught me all I could hold. When it comes to yarn in any form I simply cannot resist. Since then I've shown my knitted wearable art, written two books on knitting/spinnig and teach spinning on the national level.
