Pattern Description:

My main inspiration for Bettina Cardigan was to put to work what I have learned from fitting classes here at Craftsy and at knitting events about a great fitting. I really hope that people feel beautiful and confortable knitting and wearing it! My second inspiration was to create something that I would really love to wear anytime that has a girlie twist!

Bettina Cardigan is an easy going piece with a fit that flatters the body. The stitch motif creates a cute texture that highlights the body curves enhanced by subtle bust darts.
You can wear the little cardi with a camisole dress for a feminine look but it also looks great with your favorite jeans and t-shirt!

Gauge:

16 stitches and 24 rows/rounds in 4"x4" in Twisted Stockinette stitch.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL) - 32 1/2" (34 1/2", 37 1/2", 41 1/2", 44 1/2", 47 1/2")
"0" ease / no ease

Materials:

Approximately 780 (810, 850, 940, 1020, 1150) yds of bulky weight yarn or 6 (6, 7, 7, 8, 9) hanks of Swish Bulky yarn from Knit Picks (100% superwash merino - 137 yds/100gr hank). The sample is showed in Seraphin color.
Needles: US 9/5,5mm 32" and double points (for sleeves) or needles to match the gauge.
Needles: US 10,5/6,5mm (only for cast-on and I-cord)

You Will Also Need:

8 stitch markers, waste yarn in contrasting color, tapestry needle and 10 pairs of small hook&eye (optional)
