Pattern Description:
This pullover is knit top-down and seamless with a buttoned front placket that is large enough to go easily over the head of a squirming baby.
The collar of rugby shirts are usually white, then do the stripes in the colors of your favorite sports team.
Two of the samples were knit using acrylic worsted weight yarn and two of the samples were knit using wool worsted weight yarn but any worsted weight yarn should work.
Gauge:
18 sts = 4" in stockinette stitch
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 0-3 (3-6, 6-9, 9-12) months, finished chest 17" (18", 19", 20")
Materials:
- Worsted weight yarn 246 -367 yds, Knitting needles US 8 (5.00mm) straight or 24" circular, two 16" circular or one set double pointed.
You Will Also Need:
- 3 buttons sized to fit front placket buttonholes, 4 stitch markers, tapestry needle, waste yarn or stitch holders

367 yards of Worsted weight
