I have made dozens of adult-sized aran sweaters over the years, and to make a tiny one is such a joy! This one is sized so that the body is roomy enough to accommodate clothing underneath to keep your little one toasty warm in soft layers, and the sleeve is wide so as not to restrict those busy little arms!
20 stitches and 24 rows = 4" in stocking stitch

I have been knitting for decades - aran sweater, designer garments, baby and toddler clothes. My recent foray into pattern designing has been so rewarding, and such fun - I am now often seeking inspiration all around me! I also have a one-year-old grand-daughter for whom I love making unique garments.
