(6) Name: 'Knitting : Zowie!!

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Knit, Read Chart. Basic colorwork

Pattern Description:

Zowie! These socks are eye-openers. Neons are definitely in, and nothing sets them off like solid black. I used KnitPicks Palette Black, but I used an Indie Dyer's neon green (You could also use KnitPicks Palette Macaw, though it isn't quite "neon." These socks knit up quite fast, and they are stranded for extra wooly warmth. They feature Cat Bordhi's Sweet Tomato Heel, and Cat's instructions are included with the pattern. These are my current faves, and I will be trying them with hot pink and black next....what are your color choices?

32 sts = 4 inches

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

KnitPicks Palette

Black and Macaw
