Pattern Description:
Three super cozy hats that will keep you warm in the chilliest weather, especially around the ears where the rolled or folded brim is six layers of knitted fabric. My hats are made from natural color hand spun yarn straight from the farm, but any bulky yarn will do, just be sure to match the gauge and in no time at all you will have a quick winter fix that knits up really fast.
Gauge:
With size 10 (6mm) needle, 8 sts and 10 rows = 2" (5cm).
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- one size fits most
Materials:
- Bulky yarn, quantity depending on hat style
- Size 10 (6mm) 16" (40cm) circular knitting needles
- Size 10.5 (6.5mm) 16" (40cm) circular knitting needles for roll brim hat
You Will Also Need:
- Tapestry needle (blunt point) for finishing
- Stitch markers
