The second design in my Sweet Tea Scarf Collection!
The Waterfall Lace Cravat was inspired by all of the stunning waterfalls that can be seen throughout the South. The beaded lace pattern used for the body of the scarf is reminiscent of the tumbling water and the ruffled ends give the feeling of the falls spraying out into a pool below. Some falls can be enjoyed from both sides, which inspired the reversible stitch pattern. Of course the beads add just the right amount of sparkle that a waterfall has. The cravat is completely reversible so it looks beautiful no matter how you decide to wear it! Pattern includes photos to guide you and your purchase includes full pattern support. Just send me an email and I'll be happy to answer your questions! Never done knitting with beads? This is a great first bead knitting project!!
Knits up quickly and is a great take-along project to work on while watching the kids at soccer or baseball. Or when you are waiting at the doctors office or when traveling. It's also a perfect project to tuck into one of my Not Just for Sock Knitters Bag or Not Just for Shawl Knitters Bag, you can get this pattern for free if you purchase one of the bags from my Etsy shop!

My passion is creating knitting patterns that I can share with other knitters. I love the coziness, texture and visual design of knitted fabric. If I could cover everything in the house with knitting I would, and I'm workin' on it! My husband and two teenage boys are wonderfully supportive of my knitting habit and thankfully don't mind living among lots of yarn balls and knitting books. Patterns for knitted lampshade covers, lovely throws, knitted pillow covers and of course knitted curtains are all in the works so check out my projects as I work on them and then my patterns shop to try them out yourself!
All the patterns I sell in my shop come with pattern support. Just send me an email (included in pattern) or post a comment and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have, I love to talk knitting:)
