These socks will surely put a spring into your step. If you are a bit like me, colour makes you smile and these socks are radiating spring in all it's glory: sunshine, bees, buttercups and dandelions!
Slipped stitches form the pattern of these socks in various ways: as rays on the foot and in the cuff's honeycomb pattern. As there is only one colour worked in each round, this pattern is nice for beginners who want to knit something colouful but don't want to dive into stranded knitting yet.
6 stitches and 34 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
I learned knitting, crochet and sewing from my mum when I was young. I kept on going from there and soon invented my own projects. From making up my own patterns to writing them down and grading them it was only a small step. And here we are. :)
