Pattern Description:

Violins is inspired by the beautiful instruments in the Violin family, including the violin and viola. This pattern uses both cables and lace to capture the beauty of these instruments. This pattern is one of a series of *Musical Socks*.

This sock is customizable by changing needle sizes. With the small worked on US0, medium worked on US1 and Large worked on US2, or a combination. Have Large caves and average feet (like me) work the upper leg with US2 and then switch to US1 for the lower leg and foot.

Gauge:

8 sts and 11 rows to 1 inch

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Small- Large, height is customizable

Materials:

250-600 yards of fingering weight yarn
US 0- US 2 needles depending on size knit
