British weather is notoriously unpredictable, and sometimes it can be hard to know what season to dress for. This headband can be worn on cold spring and autumn days, or be added as an extra layer in the depths of winter. The headbands are in all high street shops just now, but this is your chance to make your own individual version!
It's knitted using a simple cable design, and can be completed easily by a beginner, making this an ideal first cable project. The pattern is easily customisable to your own head size, and will use one ball of yarn - perfect as a quick gift knit or portable knitting when you're on the go.
16 sts x 26 rows over 10cm (4in) on 4.5mm needles.

I have a major problem - there are too many ideas in my head for my hands to complete! I would love to make felted bags, sew my own swishy dresses, and use up my loft full of yarn. Unfortunately, my brain goes too fast. I need 48 hour days!
My designs are available for sale on Craftsy and Ravelry, and I've been published in Knit Now magazine.
