These socks were inspired by the topsy-turvy, but somehow highly ordered world of Alice in Wonderland; a world that is charming, playful, and delightfully mathematical. Simple and straightforward in construction, they feature a demure lace pattern that is founded on the elegance of the Fibonacci Sequence. However, they reveal a secret upon completion – the inside is just as pretty and interesting as the outside!
32 sts and 48 rows = 4" in Cuff Lace (slightly stretched).

My mom loved crafts of all kinds and shared them with me from the time I was very small. (It probably helped that I kept asking her to and I couldn't seem to stop drawing doll clothes...) Somehow, knitting seems to be the one that really took hold. So I became a designer. I design for the quirky and elegant in celebration of my undying love of historical costumery, art, and the theatre.
