When my daughter was six, my daughter saw a lace stitch pattern in one of my knitting books and she decided that she had to have some striped knee socks with butterflies in them. This pattern is one of the few knee-sock patterns for young girls available online. Your little girl is going to love them!
Gauge:
9 x 9 stitches = 1 inch (stockinette)
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- girls shoe/sock sizes 11-2
Materials:
- US 2 (2.75 mm) circular needle or DPNs, 420 yards fingering weight wool
