Intermediate
A beautiful, cabled tree serenely stands guard on the front of this lightly felted bag. It's roughly 13.5"X12", just the right size for everything you need on the go. You can choose between an I-cord handle (as shown) or a simpler, flat handle. The sample is knit using 4 skeins of Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Worsted Yarn in the gorgeous Rooibos Heather. The closure is the Antler 2" Toggle. It requires intermediate skills including cabling, knitting in the round and felting.
17 sts and 21 rows to 4" (10cm) on larger needles

I am a knitwear designer and mom to 2 awesome boys I'm crazy about! Knitting makes me more calm and peaceful and just naturally leads to daydreaming. A day spent knitting beside the fire is a good one.
