Basic Skills Necessary:

  • lifted increases - link to video included
  • ssk, k2tog and sk2p decreases
  • blocking lace

Pattern Description:

This lacy wrap is knit on the bias, so it has a slight parallelogram shape. It's the perfect accessory to a sundress or tank in the summer or for a light wrap in the fall and spring.

The pattern includes instructions for increasing the width and/or length.

The lace pattern is both written and charted.

Gauge:

24 sts and 32 rows/ 4"(10 cm) in stockinette stitch before blocking

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 16" wide by 62" long (40 cm by 158 cm)

Materials:

  • 600-800 yards lace weight yarn
  • US 5-7 (3.75 - 4.5 mm) circular needle (or size needed for gauge), at least 20" (50 cm) long
