Pattern Description:
This half-circle shawl is worked sideways with short row shaping in the simple lace stitch pattern while simultaneously working the outer lily of the valley lace panel and scalloped edging. This entire shawl is knit in one continuous strand of yarn.
Gauge:
in blocked eyelet lace, 12 sts/12 rows = 4" x 4"
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 80" wide x 34" tall, after blocking
Materials:
- The Alpaca Yarn Company's Suri Elegance; 100% Suri Alpaca; 100gm per 875 yds; color Blue Blood Red; 1 skein.
- US8 (5mm) knitting needles
