Pattern Description:
Warm and stylish - this slouchy beret and cowl will keep you warm through cold months. Make this set in a bright color for more fun.
Gauge:
24 sts and 36 rows = 4"/10cm in rib pattern using 3.25mm (US 3) needles with fabric relaxed
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Hat: Circumference 45 (50) cm / 17.75 (19.75)" with fabric relaxed, will stretch to 51 (56) cm / 20 (22)"
- Cowl: Circumference 41 (46) cm / 16 (18)" Height 22 (24) cm / 8.5 (9.5)"
Materials:
- 4 skeins of Knitca Delight, 100% superwash merino wool, 150m / 164yds in a 50g / 1.7oz skein, color #0206 Cardinal
- circular knitting needles 3.25mm (US 3) and 4mm (US 6), 60cm (24") long or size to obtain gauge
You Will Also Need:
- stitch marker
- wool needle
- pompom maker 9cm / 3.5" in diameter or two pieces of cardboard 9cm / 3.5" in diameter with inner diameter 4cm / 1.5"
- 1m (1.09yds) of elastic thread
