Pattern Description:
A feminine little sachet to hold your favorite soap in the bath or shower. Keeps the shower clean and allows you to savor every last drop of soap. The lace texture aids in a nice lather.
Knits up very quickly and makes a great last minute gift. A great first lace project.
Gauge:
4 stitches and 6 rows in one inch in stockinette stitch
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- one size, fits standard size bar of soap
Materials:
- size 9 needle
- 50 yards of worsted weight yarn in cotton, or another fiber that will NOT felt
- tapestry needle for weaving in ends
- double point or circular needle for knitting I-cord
