I started knitting at age 8 and learned all the rest as I went along - crocheting, sewing, tatting, latch hook, macrame, quilting, needlepoint, leather work, and woodworking. I became a professional seamstress and got into quilting big-time. These days, I mostly concentrate on knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, quilting, and woodworking. I began doing my own designing when I was laid up in a full leg cast. Since then, I have created over 200 of my own designs in various mediums, the patterns for which I sell everywhere and anywhere. I decided to sell my patterns individually, since I hate to have to buy an entire book to get the one or two that I want.
I do sell some hand-made items from my own designs, including woodworking items made by myself, at:
I designed these cute snowman mittens for a holiday knitting contest and they won first prize. They are worked in reverse stockinette with the snowman outlined with stockinette and then enhanced with 4 MM black beads. You can make them in any combination of colors which you desire. They are worked on double-pointed needles, so you will not have those bulky seams, and are worked with a right and left mitten.
Be sure to check out the rest of the knitting designs in my shop, as well as my other original quilt, crochet, and needlepoint patterns.
All of the designs which I sell are my own and are copyrighted. Painstaking attention has been paid to the instructions, to ensure that they are clear, accurate, and easy to understand and follow.
