My first knitting project was a skinny garter scarf with disappointedly unevenly spaced rows made out of bleached-white yarn (acrylic worsted as I recall now) with hot pink stripe on each end. There was no pattern involved, so I believe I can call it my first design. I don't remember actually wearing that scarf ever. My knitting skills improved with time, I also developed love for sewing and designed all of my clothes through my high school and college. I got inspired to publish my knitting patterns since I discovered Ravelry knitting community and it's through Ravelry I found out about Craftsy - a source of wonderful classes and a variety of amazing projects and patterns.
When I don’t knit or design, I experiment with neurons and teach.
