Basic Skills Necessary:

  • purl 2 together through back loop, yarn over, ssk, p2tog, kitchener stitch, foloow charts and written directions
  • knit 2 tog, knit purl.

Pattern Description:

Imagine, if you will, a scarf as light as a breeze which floats through a fairy kingdom. The side panels and bottom edges reflect the fern pattern stitch that is knitted up the center of the scarf body. The scarf is knitted in two halves from the bottom up and joined in the center top. There are written as well as charted instructions for ease in knitting.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 66"long x 7" wide


  • 2 balls of KnitPicks lace weight yarn (440 yards/50grams)
  • you will only use about 465 yards

You Will Also Need:

  • U.S. size 3 needles, 1 spare needle, yarn needle for weaving in ends.
  • stitch markers if desired.
