Pattern Description:

Light and sweet like a lemon chiffon pie, this half-pi shawl features an asymmetrical lace pattern that is really only two rows to remember. This easy-to-knit shawl is perfect for cool spring and summer evenings.

Just one skein of CashSilk Lace will knit this shawl. Knit this up in either laceweight or a fingering weight yarn for different effect. The shawl can be infinitely modifiable by adding repeats in the stockinette body or the lace section.

4 sts and 8 rows per inch in stockinette, relaxed after blocking. Gauge is not crucial to fit, however differences will affect finished size and yardage.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • approx 46" wide x 17" from neck to edge, relaxed after blocking


  • SweetGeorgia Yarns CashSilk Lace (400 yds / 343 m per 4 oz / 50 g skein; 55% silk, 45% cashmere), 1 skein in Lemon Curd
  • Size US 6 (4.0 mm) 32" or 40" circular needle
