Pattern Description:
Salt Marsh Wrap is a simple lace wrap with garter stitch border in worsted weight yarn. The lace stitch pattern is written out as well as charted. This wrap can be worn like a shawl or scarf, and can easily be worn closed by using a clasp or pin.
Gauge:
4.5 stitches = 1" in St st
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 20" x 40"
Materials:
- Yarn: 650 yds of worsted weight yarn, shown in Vintage by Berocco (50% Acrylic, 40% wool, 10% Nylon; 100g = 217 yds), 3 skeins, shown in Chana Dal.
- Needles: 29" OR 32" circular knitting needles in size US 7 or size needed to obtain gauge
You Will Also Need:
- 2 stitch markers
- Clasp or pin of some kind if wrap is intended to be worn closed (in sample, a wooden cable needle is used)
- Tapestry needle or crochet hook to weave in ends
