Pattern Description:

Designed to show off beautiful long color transitions, this simple color work shawl looks equally beautiful when knit in solid colors.

There are so many beautiful color combinations you'll want to knit Roo again and again!

Yardage listed is combined yardage, which should be evenly divided between 2 colors.


24 sts and 32 rows to 4 inches/10 cm. in stockinette stitch. Differences in gauge will impact the finished size of the shawl and the yardage used, but are not crucial to fit.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 29" deep by 73" wingspan


  • 900 yards heavy lace weight or light fingering weight yarn, divided evenly between 2 colors
  • Size 4 circular needles, cable at least 24"

You Will Also Need:

  • tapestry needle
  • 2 regular stitch markers
  • 1 locking stitch marker
