Pattern Description:
Very simple and very stylish hat for a baby girl! Easy and fast to make on straight needles. The hat requires a seam.
Gauge:
~4 sts, ~5 rows per 1" on #9 needles
~4.5 sts, ~6 rows per 1" on #7 needles
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 6-9 months, 2-4 years
- Hat Circumference: 15.75" (17")
- Hat Depth: 6.25" (7.25")
Materials:
- Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Baby 100% acrylic yarn
- or any other #4 medium worsted yarn
- US #9 (5.5mm) sttraight needles
- US #7 (4.5mm) straight needles for the brim
- * a tapestry needle to sew the seam
- 5 mm crochet hook
- a pearl button
