A pretty lace and cabled cowl made in supersoft, extra fine merino. Great stitch definition and will look fabulous with your Winter coat.
Worked in the round, from the bottom up, the lace pattern is every other row, so you can have a resting knit row in between. The cabling can be done easily without a cable needle, or with one if you prefer. The pattern includes stitch counts for the shorter version, shown in images, or the longer version. It's easily adjusted by adding more stitches.
A quick knit, this would be an ideal gift and has a matching hat.
20 stitches and 32 rows = 4 inches in in lace pattern
240 yards of Sport weight

DH and DS are a constant source of amusement and encouragement although I'm sure they think I'm mad when I insist on taking my knitting on holiday. I love to knit lace, cables for the challenge and interest and I'm also teaching myself to use my various knitting machines. All good fun.
I have three Labradors, one black, two chocolate. All girls and all as mad as hatters.
