Pattern Description:

I needed something to collect my hair without the use of elastics that can cause breakage. The garter stitch along the edges give the headband support while the rib pattern in the center is stretches or contracts to accommodate your hair. This pattern is also designed to be completely adjustable!


20 rows and 22 sts eqaul 4x4" knit on size 9 needles in 1x1 rib pattern

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Fits an adult women's head


  • 1 skien recycled silk
  • size 6 US straight needles
  • size 8 US straight needles
  • size 9 US straight needles
  • two stitch markers

Suggested yarn:

120 yards of Worsted weight
