Hello, can I make it for German Gr. 48 / 50 ? US 22 ? or 4 xxxl ? Thanks for Your answer. Dagmar
I am working on this pattern now. Using Lion Brand yarn in a denim blue. I am making a couple of them for Kindle readers (as Christmas gifts). Would like one of these for myself. I will post a picture when I finish!
I love this pattern, I see a few Christmas gifts. What yarn did you use, I love the look.
Hi! Sorry it took so long to reply. Something is going wonky with my Craftsy page. I used Jo Sharp's Silk Road Aran Tweed for the model, but it has been discontinued. Other comparable yarns are Tahki's Donegal Tweed, Plymouth Yarns' Coffee Beans and James Brett's Marble.
I am going to order this pattern soon. I would like to make several of these for Christmas presents and now would be a good time to get started!!!
Its hard to tell by the photo: is this a wide scarf with pockets on each end?
Sorry for the delay in answering. Yes, this is just one long piece - 20" wide x 60" long. Pockets are worked separately and stitched on.
I have a few things to finish. Then I will tackle this. Thank you for the post.
I made this one in blue and I LOVE it thank you.
This is a great pattern. Thank you! It is very simple to execute, I love the roomy pockets, and they made wonderful Christmas gifts this year. I find mine very handy and have been using it throughout this winter, especially when knitting the other two.
I can't check out Readers Wrap AC -010 500
If you are having trouble purchasing and downloading this pattern, please contact Craftsy. There may me a technical issue. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
It is also on Annie's Catalogue .. you can buy it there or download it
Lovely in it's simplicity!
like you this is on my TDL. and it's growing bigger every day. Al these are intended for my 93 year old aunts who are in nursing homes and suffering from Dementia. but then I might tackle one for misa.
This is on my TDL (To Do List) I like it because when it gets chilly you can wrap it around you to keep your shoulders warm. Love it
Only working on my first scarf, I need to figure out how to read patterns and check my gauge... But I really want to try this
You can do this! It is just like a scarf - one long and wide piece. Two square pieces for pockets that are stitched onto the completed wrap. A great beginner project!
Such an elegant piece for a beginner's craft! I just love it!
