Skill Level:

small skill level requirement Beginner

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Knit, purl, work in the round, change colors on alternating rounds, slip stitches.

Pattern Description:

Yardage is an estimate. The project took less than one ball of each colorway in Knit Picks Chroma Worsted.

24 sts = 4 inches/10 cm in slip stitch pattern; make a swatch for best fit. Or do as I do with such a small circumference and have your swatch be the beginning of the mitt. If after several rounds it does fit, then you have begun!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Fits a 6" to 6.5" wrist/15 to 16.5 cm
  • For larger sizes, multiples of 6 sts can be added to the cast-on

  • Knitting needles: One set double pointed US size 4/3.5 mm
  • Yarn: 2 colors of worsted weight; great for mixing two self-striping colorrways

Suggested yarn:

150 yards of Worsted weight

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

KnitPicks Chroma Worsted

Two colorways: Fossil and Twilight
