The Quaker Ridge Shawlette is a simple half-circle shawl that is perfect for beginners and first-time shawl knitters and even experienced knitters who want something mindless to work on. It goes fast with the sport weight yarn, too.
This shawl is completely adaptable to other weights of yarn and to various sizes. You can stop at any time during the shawl and bind off, or continue with the optional ruffle.
There is a beaded bind-off included but that is also optional.
5 sts per inch in stockinette stitch before blocking.
