Pattern Description:
The cuff/leg of Peppermint Sticks 2 Socks features spiraling stripes that you knit lengthwise side-to-side rather than circularly. This means these bias stripes are easy to knit because you only need to work with one color of yarn at a time. Also, for people with narrow ankles relative to leg size, you can just twist the bias stripes further when wearing for a nice no-sag fit.
Choose festive holiday colors such as the old-fashioned Christmas combo shown here, your school colors, or even combine orphan balls of yarn in different colors.
